Challenge:
WowPlay’s post-purchase experience was undercut by passive, linear content—primarily a single scrollable page of YouTube embeds. Engagement dropped off after unboxing, and completion rates for learning modules were low, especially among their 5–9 core age group.

Approach:
I redesigned the learning journey into a modular, gamified system—turning passive video watching into an interactive, narrative-driven experience. Each tutorial kit was restructured into bite-sized challenges with visual progress cues, motivational characters, and reward loops designed to reinforce STEM concepts through guided play.

Outcome:
The new flow improved time-on-task, increased activity completion rates, and gave WowPlay a repeatable framework to scale content across future kits and learning paths—all while staying deeply aligned with their visual identity and educational mission.
