I was tasked with conceptualizing the design direction and creating an intuitive user experience for a desktop-first dashboard product aimed at promoting workplace diversity. Following a clear set of brand values and strict color guidelines, I developed a clean, visually striking solution with a user-friendly interface and bold use of color.
